Technology has induced a huge influence in society and the day-to-day life. A Technical mind can also expand to the Social Related issues of the society. With this aim, ACM-W Student Chapter, Department of Computer Science (UG), Kristu Jayanti College Organized an Exhibition “INSTAURATION-let’s look around” on 5th December 2017.

 Sr.Francoise Bosteels, popularly known as 'Gombe Sister' is a famous doll maker who specializes in conveying meaningful messages through her art. 'Gombe' in Kannada means doll. She calls her dolls ‘Iconic’ because every human person in her/his unadorned humanity images, the Divine. These dolls designate sacred representations and spaces. Set in the right background these dolls narrate stories of people, their professions, their struggles and their beliefs. The simplicity of her creation and the complex stories that these dolls represent have had great impact on people’s life that went far beyond her own expectations.
